Tour Descriptions
Tour #1: The National Museum of the Pacific War is the only institution in the continental United States dedicated exclusively to telling the story of the Pacific Theater battles of World War II. Located on a nine-acre site, the Center includes the George Bush Gallery, Admiral Nimitz Museum, Plaza of Presidents, Veterans' Walk of Honor, Japanese Garden of Peace, Pacific Combat Zone, and the Center for Pacific War Studies. Cost: $35.00 Transportation/guide

Tour #2: River Walk and Local Dinner Board a barge and float down the world famous waterway. Enjoy the lights, sites and history of the area to eventually delight in a Mexican dinner at the Rio Rio restaurant.

Cost: $45.00 for Dinner, Boat Ride and Transportation

Tour #3: The guided tour of San Antonio views the historical city, by traveling to the Mission San Jose, touring the Alamo, choosing your own lunch at the River Walk mall, seeing the beautiful San Fernando Cathedral and taking a short break at the Mexican Market. We will even tour the famous San Antonio shoe factory where someone will win a free pair of shoes!

Cost: $30.00 Personal Guide/ Transportation

The Banquet will feature western style dining with musical entertainment. Come prepared to savor Texas and the old west. The food will be a combination of smoked brisket of beef with chile barbeque sauce and pecan crusted chicken with Dijon cream sauce. Ya'all will have a great time!

Cancellation policy: Complete refunds minus the registration costs ($15.00 per person) will be granted until September 15, 2006. Refunds after that will depend on vendor policy and hotel demands.

Arrangements have been made to allow you to arrive three days early and stay three days after the reunion at that same room price! Be sure to tell the hotel upon registration that you are with the USS McMorris Reunion.

Transportation is a FREE shuttle from the hotel to the airport. They even have a shuttle that will take you across the road to the huge North Star Mall. You will be given discount coupons and shopping bags compliments of the DoubleTree! Parking is also free.

Registration is being handled by Creative Training & Conference Management (CTCM) therefore I have not created an online form. The link below should open up a registration form for you. You should print the form, fill it out, write a check payable to CTCM and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form.
