San Antonio, TX here we come. It is reunion time again. Our next event is scheduled for October 12 to 15, 2006. It is our wish that you will join us for all of the festivities and camaraderie that is so evident in all of our reunions.
Full details will follow shortly as we put together the final itinerary for our reunion. Be certain we will have a full schedule of events and time to relax and enjoy each other as we gather in the great city of San Antonio, TX.
We will be staying at the Doubletree Hotel San Antonio Airport. Our plan is to take in the sights, enjoy the food, and have fun. This year we are employing John Peterson of Creative Training and Convention Management to coordinate our accommodations, events, and registration. More on how that will work as we get a little closer.
Know that we intend to include a tour of the city of San Antonio, which will include the Alamo, and a little different twist will be our Friday evening, as we take the River Walk via boat (barge) to our evening meal.
The entire itinerary and how to register will be coming soon. I wanted to take this opportunity to let everyone know that we are working hard to make our fifth reunion a complete success for everyone.
As I mentioned in the winter newsletter, give us a heads up if you are planning to attend the 2006 reunion. We look forward to seeing as many of you as we possibly can. I do have a new email address, listed below, so please check in and let me know what your status is.
Special Note: Our processes are changing as a result of our new relationship with Creative Training. How you are contacted or notified for reunion purposes and how registration is being handled, requires we have good information regarding your home address. My database is 10 years old or better, and I know it is not necessarily current. It is our hope that we know where all of you are, however, to be certain, if you can drop us a line via email with current home address information, this would be greatly appreciated.
